1. People look at you different. Whether good or bad.
2. There’s a silence respect in the rooms you’re in. They SEE the discipline
3. People think you’re arrogant by default.
4. Men compliment you more than women. 💀 “I’m trying to get like you bro”
5. Apparently women think you have a roster. Meanwhile muscles don’t build character.

7. You can teach others moderation, but you yourself need to show extra discipline.
8. Fitness and nutrition are separate journeys.
9. Everyone needs to get lean as possible at least once.

a. When I was a freshman in college finally on my own I used to by soda, sweet tea, candy etc under my bed. I had no control because I FINALLY got to get my fix.
17. If you’re not lean you don’t need to practice balance. Practice sacrifice. Once you’re lean, practice balance.
18. Don’t tell the world you’re getting lean. Move in silence. Pop out and show 🥷🏾!
19. If your spouse or s/o are not supportive getting lean will be very f***** hard. (Not impossible)
20. Getting lean is more spiritual than you think.
